Salesian High Student Hires Ariel Bellofiore as Head Football Coach
Ariel Bellofiore joins the Bishop Mora Salesian High School football program following extensive football experience as a player and as a coach. Principal Chacón stated, “I have full confidence in Coach Bellofiore in leading our student-athletes to inspire life-long lessons in athletic competition and continue the winning tradition at Salesian.”
Ariel Bellofiore comes to Salesian with a strong commitment to football and to impress upon our young men the importance of fitness in their lives. Mr. Bellofiore earned his B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles and his M.A. in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University. Mr. Bellofiore played collegiate football for Pasadena City College and the University of San Diego. He coached at both the high school and college level, with thirteen years of experience as an assistant coach at St. Francis High School, La Salle High School, Helen Bernstein High School, Fullerton College, and, most recently, Pasadena City College.
